Restartability

With @Philip.Rupp we were trying to assess the restartability of icon runs.

We ran 2 weeks in one go and 2 weeks in 2 chunks. It looks like the results are not bit-to-bit reproducible.

I have the same experiment running trying the lnetcdf_flt64_output flag.

Meanwhile, by any chance @Tobias.Selz , @Fabian.Jakub, @Robert.Redl do you know something about it?
