Race conditions!

Yay!

I added another test for the dwd-ana case and it failed due to the upstreams race condition. @Fabian.Jakub do you think that a workaround like creating a lock file would work?

I added a lock file and it worked, as it was a race condition it is hard to say it was because the solution worked or because of I was lucky.

With the changes didn't happen again so I close it.
